Price

One price for each customer record, in UAE dirhams.

• Price. One Review Credit costs AED 0.50 and covers one customer record, however many searches the record needs.
• Order size. Each order is between AED 50 and AED 5,000.
• Validity. Review Credits are valid for 365 days from the day they are added. Account, then Review Credits, shows your next expiry, and an email reminds you 30 days and 7 days before.
• What uses one. A record with a completed check or a delivered result, whether or not a match is found. Records without a usable name, repeated records and records that ended only in a service error do not.
• Not enough. If your balance is lower than the number of records in the file, the campaign does not start. Upload a smaller file or add Review Credits. Stopping a campaign does not return Review Credits already used.

Paying

Place an order, pay, and your Review Credits are added.

1. Order. Choose the number of Review Credits or an amount under Account, then Orders.
2. Pay. Follow the payment instructions on the order.
3. Verified. After the payment is verified, the Review Credits are added and a confirmation email arrives with your receipt number.
4. Receipt. The receipt stays under Account, then Orders and can be printed or saved as a PDF.

Stay safe. We never ask for your password or codes. Payment instructions come only from your account or from an email sent by UONE. If something looks different, ask through Account, then Support, or Contact before paying.

Refunds

Cancel an order or ask for unused Review Credits back.

• Delivery. Review Credits are digital and nothing is shipped. The new balance shows in the Workspace once the payment is verified.
• Canceling an order. Before the payment is verified, signed in, use Account, then Support, and give the order number. Otherwise use Contact. A canceled order adds no Review Credits.
• What is refunded. The value of the Review Credits from that order that are still unused. Review Credits already used and Review Credits that have expired are not refunded.
• How to ask. Signed in, use Account, then Support, and give the order number. Otherwise use Contact. A refund removes the unused Review Credits from your balance, has its own reference, and an email confirms it.
• Timing. The money is returned by the method you paid with, and how long it takes to arrive depends on your bank.
