What UONE does

Bulk checks of contact details against public information, with the evidence attached.

Upload a spreadsheet of accounts and contacts. UONE checks public information for every record, weighs what it finds against what your record says, and returns a Result file in which every finding has a source link and a grade. Your team spends its time on judgment, not on searching one record at a time.

  1. UploadOne spreadsheet is one campaign, up to 300 records.
  2. CheckEvery record is checked across professional networks, social platforms and the open web.
  3. WeighWhat is found is compared with what your record says.
  4. DeliverA Result spreadsheet and a Summary, with a source link for every finding.
  • AED 0.50per record
  • 300records in one campaign
  • 24 hoursthen your files are removed
  • Never soldyour lists, searches or results

How each record is checked

  • Your details lead. UONE works from what each record holds: the name, and the employer, location, country, email or mobile number when you give them. Spellings, nicknames and shortened names are allowed for.
  • Details must agree. A finding counts only when public details agree with your record. A matching name alone is never enough.
  • Looking stops when UONE is sure. Each record has a fixed search allowance, so a record can end as Not found even when more public information exists. Unclear results get a second review with the help of an AI service. It can lower a grade or raise a Possible match to a Likely match, and never makes a Strong match on its own.
  • Public pages only. UONE never signs in to an account or reads private messages.
  • It carries on without you. A campaign continues if you close the browser, and waits and retries if a service is busy.

Results

Every record ends with one outcome. Read the outcome and the evidence together.

  • Strong match. Strong, consistent public evidence links the finding to the record. It is a lead to check at the source, not proof of identity.
  • Likely match. Several details agree and nothing conflicts. Confirm it before you act.
  • Possible match. A lead only, listed on the Possible Matches sheet with the reason. It is not a finding to act on.
  • Not found. The campaign finished and no reliable public information turned up. That does not prove none exists.
  • Technical issue. A service problem stopped part of the campaign. It is not a result, and it does not mean no public information exists.

What you receive

  • Result spreadsheet. The first sheet repeats your uploaded columns and adds the findings, each with its source link and a Feedback column saying what was searched and how it ended. The second sheet lists possible matches. The Engine Summary sheet shows, for Career Network, Social Media and Useful Links, how many records were found, possible, not found or had a service problem. The Integrity sheet carries the seal. Fields stay empty when reliable evidence is missing.
  • Summary. A short PDF with the campaign reference, the count for each outcome and the same findings by engine as the Engine Summary sheet.
  • Download within 24 hours. Files are removed 24 hours after the campaign ends. Campaign History shows the time left.
  • If a result looks wrong, do not act on it. Tell us through Contact with the campaign reference shown on the Integrity sheet.

Get started

From sign-up to download in six steps.

  1. Get an account. Select Request Access on the sign-in page, enter your organization’s details, and confirm your work email with the 6-digit code we send. Your User ID appears on screen, and a link to set your password arrives by email.
  2. Prepare your spreadsheet. Use the approved template, saved as XLSX or CSV, with up to 300 records per campaign. Each record needs a person’s name. A record repeated in the same file is checked only once.
  3. Name the campaign. The name appears on your downloads and Summary. Keep personal details out of it.
  4. Confirm and start. Check the record count, fix any problem the Workspace points out, confirm authorized use, and start. You can run one campaign at a time.
  5. Follow and control. Watch progress in the Workspace and use pause, resume and stop when you need them. A campaign left paused for 24 hours is ended automatically.
  6. Download. When the campaign ends, download your Result and Summary from the Workspace or from Campaign History within 24 hours.

Before you start

  • Your own records. Submit only information your organization already holds and is authorized to process. The rules are in Acceptable Use.
  • A work email and a computer. Sign-up needs a work email. UONE works on laptop and desktop computers only.
  • Review Credits. New accounts start with none. If your balance is lower than the number of records in the file, the campaign does not start. See Pricing.
  • One account per person. Each organization can have a limited number of accounts, and each person needs their own. If sign-up says the limit is reached, use Contact.

Verify a Result

Check that a UONE Result file is exactly as UONE issued it.

Choose the Result file (.xlsx). The check happens in your browser, and only the reference, the date and a few short codes from the Integrity sheet are sent to UONE. No names, contact details or findings leave your computer.

How the seal works

  • A fingerprint. A short code summarizes the information you submitted and everything UONE found. Changing even one character changes it.
  • A seal. UONE signs the fingerprint. Only UONE can create a valid seal.
  • What Genuine proves. The findings are unchanged since UONE issued the file. It does not prove that a public source is correct. The Feedback column belongs to your team, so editing it does not break the seal.
  • What cannot be checked. Files saved as CSV, and files without an Integrity sheet.

Questions

Quick answers to common questions.

  • Can I close the browser while a campaign runs? Yes, once the Workspace confirms the campaign was accepted. Come back through Campaign History to download within 24 hours of the end.
  • Why has my campaign paused? Read the message in the Workspace. If your Review Credits have run out, add Review Credits and select Resume.
  • What does “completed with warnings” mean? The campaign finished, but some records had service problems. Check the results and feedback in Campaign History.
  • I forgot my password. Select Forgot password on the sign-in page. A link arrives by email, works once and expires after 15 minutes.
  • How do I close or recover an account? To close it, send a deletion request under Account, then Support. To bring back a paused account, use Contact and choose “Account or access”.
  • Can I treat a result as guaranteed? No. Check the supporting evidence and follow your organization’s procedures before acting.
